CASE STUDY SCENARIO

The college at which you are currently studying this subject wishes to extend its use of Social Media to interact more effectively and efficiently with both current and future students. In particular, the Marketing Manager wishes to increase the number of enrollments in current courses which cater for students in the 18-35-year old age group. • The Marketing Manager has allocated a budget of $500 per month for the following financial year.
