Remember to do a needs analysis...of the organization, person and task. What types of training are needed? Why? Who should deliver the training? How should it be delivered? Training also needs to be evaluated.

Performance Management -

Make a recommendation on the type(s) of systems that you believe should be used...BARS, BOS, graphic rating scales, MBO. Explain why you have chosen the particular system and give examples of some factors you would measure. Link to job analysis/description. Also, remember performance evaluation is used to link employees to the org strategy, to evaluate behavior for HR decisions, and to ensure employee development. May discuss succession planning here as well. Who will do the evaluation? Is 360 appropriate? Why or why not?
