Question: You go to a computer store to buy a computer system for your engineering business. You explain to the salesman that you need a computer that will run certain specific programs and need it to have the right hardware to correctly run the software you will be using. He sells you an $1800 system with lots of bells and whistles saying that it will run the software. You take the computer to your office, set it up and load the software, but unfortunately, it cannot run the software properly. Do you have any legal recourse against the seller? Explain your answer, including what type of warranty the seller provided you.
