Question: This client (CT) is a white, middle-class, cis-gender female, currently widowed due to her significant other passing away. She is deeply religious in her Catholic faith. She emphasizes that her cultural values and background are American. CT's social connections are with followed parishioners at her local church. CT currently does not have close friends. CT often stated that she had friends during her high school years. Ct has a daughter and a granddaughter that are very important to her. When it comes to marginalization, there were some instances in which she would have to be a caregiver and be involved in her S/O's interests and social functions with his friends, not hers. The client's concern was her lack of falling and staying asleep for the past three months. And CT reported frustration, anxiety, tiredness, and exhaustion.
