Question: A previous business that will be explored in this case is working in the real estate industry. Like any other business, different customer information must be collected to serve clients better and tailor services based on each client's preference. Therefore, the information that had to be collected by the real estate agents included the client's name, address, phone number, and email address (Indeed, 2022). This information was important so that in any case a real estate agent wants to communicate with a client that they are working with, they can easily reach them via mobile or even email addresses, especially if it is to let them know what progress they are making in either finding the client property or helping the client sell their property. The client name is also crucial because the real estate agent has to know who they are working with and where they live in case they need to send anything to their address, like agreements. The clients also had to provide information concerning what type of property they prefer, whether it is a single-family home, an apartment, or a condo, their budget, and the preferred location of the property (Indeed, 2022).
