Question: T.S. is an 87-year-old man who lives at his home with his wife who has dementia and has a medical history of COPD. He recently visited his family to attend his granddaughter's birthday party with many guests. A few days later, he started to feel sluggish, had a temperature, felt nauseated, had a cough as well as a headache, and knew something was wrong. He went to his doctor's office and they advised him to go to the hospital. Please answer the following questions. What do you think is going on here?
