Situation 1- You take over in 2016 as the new District Manager of 20 stores in Eastern PA. and South Jersey and Delaware. (business you are in is irrelevant). Nearly all 20 stores are performing below company standards in their financial profit and sales/marketing revenue goals. This failure is now your job to turn around. One issue for sure is employee turnover is at an extreme high rate. Too many employees are leaving your company to work elsewhere compared to competitors who have much lower turnover rates. So with this knowledge, you have called for a meeting of all 20 store managers to come to the corporate office in Philadelphia where your office is located. There you will conduct your first all Store Manager meeting since you started just a few weeks ago.
