In this assignment, the student shall explain their plan for these categories keeping in mind the type of event they are planning, the guests who will be attending, and the overall goals and objectives of the event. INSTRUCTIONS Substantive Content The student shall provide the following information in narrative format unless otherwise instructed. I. Food and Beverage Service 1. The student shall explain their food and beverage service plan for the event. This plan should keep the following information in mind that will serve as guiding principles for this aspect of the event. What are the costs per person associated with food and beverage service? Venue-provided/required service or outside caterer? What type of food service will you provide for your guests? Will it be one or more of the types below?
