Using pricing lists and customer contact information and phone numbers he copied to a zip drive before leaving Dunder Mifflin, Michael manages to lure away Dwight’s top customer, Harper Collins executive Daniel Schofield. Michael is able to price his paper just below Dunder Mifflin’s prices, and this entices Harper Collins to terminate its contract with Dunder Mifflin and switch over to the Michael Scott Paper Company.
