Currently, your company only operates in the U.S. Your company's leaders just announced a major expansion that includes opening manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic. To start up the new facilities as quickly as possible, your company will utilize expatriate employees from the U.S. as well as employees from the Czech Republic to operate the facilities. As an HR specialist in Training & Management Development, it is your job to guide your company's leaders on how to successfully implement Training and Management Development processes in the Czech Republic
