What type of conflict is described below?

Detective Dudley. During a high profile investigation t a case, Detective Dudley hides evidence from the case from his investigation and does nothing to report his findings within the case about the evidence. Detective Dudley takes the evidence and removes it from the scene then discards it later. Miller confronts Dudley regarding his unprofessional and unethical behavior which is in violation of department policies and will have a very large impact on not only the investigation but the conviction as well. Dudley repeatedly tries to sway Millers perspective by telling him to "sit back at watch" and Miller should understand that sometimes you have to "make the case" if he wants to "make it " as a detective.
