Aunt Hilda loves her nieces, Betty J and Bobbie Sue. Betty Jo and Bobbie Sue are identical twins. In her will Hilda leaves her 500 acre estate "tidewater" to her nieces as Joint tenants with the right of survivorship. In order to avoid a dispute as to what use will be put to the property Betty Jo is given 51% interest and Bobbie Sue is given 49%, but Bobbie Sue is also given an additional $15,000.00. Approximately one month after Aunt Hilda died Bobbie Sue was killed by a banner plane that had to make an emergency landing. Betty Jo then sells her interest in the property to Jack Frost. Bobbie Sue did not have time to make a will after receiving the property from her Aunt but her only heir is her daughter Sara Lee.
