Dairy King is a medium sized milk product processing company having their factory in Brampton employing about 2000 employees. Recently the company is experiencing a high level of employee turnover (quitting jobs). These employees are moving to other companies that offer better packages. Upon conversations with several of the quitting employees, Dairy King realized that while their salary level is competitive to the market, they do not have pay-for-performance plans. The CEO and the HR Head of Dairy King approached you to recommend two suitable pay-for-performance plans for their employees. Diary King highly values teamwork among their employees.
