Patient: 8-year-old African American male presents with his mother

CC: "I need for a refill on albuterol inhaler for gym class"
HPI: the patient uses the albuterol inhaler, 2 puffs 10 minutes prior to exercise and does not wheeze or cough; his mother is concerned because the inhaler is giving him a "nervous tic" manifested as repetitive eye blinking and lip smacking; denies any behavior concerns, problems in school or at home
PE: Normal, except 2+ erythematous tonsils
Labs: positive rapid strep
