Question: When creating change and maintaining it, I believe two of the most important aspects are strong leadership and commitment among staff. This can be unit based in healthcare, or system wide. A strong leadership, is able establish a clear vision among staff, through clear and effective communication. Within that communication from leadership, they are able to clearly define an effective timeline of when the implementation should be completed, as well as designating roles to staff members. Having supportive leadership, has been shown to increase participation among staff as well. These two elements go hand in hand when creating sustainable change within an organization (Barrow, 2022).

What is your comment/feedback on this statement.
