The entity made two investments in stocks. The listed stocks were valued at 1,500,000 but the entity paid 1,550,000 in cash. In the second investment, both the stocks not listed in the stock exchange and the property given up to acquire the stocks did not have fair values. The property has a book value of 1,700,000.
