Question: Joseph created a resume when still in high school and had updated it several times while in college. Now that he is nearing graduation with a bachelor's degree in Economics, he knows that he needs to craft a more cohesive, professional looking resume. He feels slightly apprehensive because he knows how important a resume is to getting noticed by employers and recruiters. He isn't sure how much of his past work history and volunteer experience is relevant, what to remove and what to add, or what will make his resume stand out enough to get him interviews?
