Question: Create a lesson plan with the help of following information:

In small groups, you will design a 3-hour training session.

Lesson Plan:

The lesson plan should be written so that another facilitator could pick up your instructions and facilitate the 3 hour session. This means you need to provide significant guidance in terms of what to do and how to set up the activities. Assume the course is for 3 hours and it should be atleast 10 pages.

Your lesson plan will include the following components:

Chart outline of session that provides information about:
An overview of each activity planned (use at least 3 instructional methods)
The time allotted for the activity
Detailed instructions on how to facilitate the activity (remember, enough detail for someone else to lead the session)
Material(s) required for the activity
Any other relevant information that would assist the facilitator in implementing the activity
The learning objectives for the session
A copy of the evaluation tool(s) used in the facilitation
A copy of the handout(s) (minimum 2 pages) provided to the participants
