You ask her what's wrong, and she responds that she's talking to the woman in the wall. Instead of laughing at first, you ask her, "What woman?" You couldn't understand, she claims, adding, "You helped put her there and you told me it is my job to make sure she can't get out." You report this to the charge nurse, who calls the physician. Mary is found not to be suffering from chemo-related side effects, according to the tests. Mary is given the diagnosis of schizophrenia after more testing.
