Question - Nord purchased a unique, one of a kind rocking chair from Z's Fine Furniture (ZFF). Nord purchased the chair for Nord's partner so that each partner could take turns rocking and feeding their 1-month-old newborn. Explain the legal implication of each of the following scenarios (assume each happened separately).
A. ZFFs store truck was scheduled to deliver the rocking chair to Nord's residence three days after the sale. The truck was involved in an accident and the rocking chair was destroyed. Can Nord obtain a refund of money paid? Explain, and in your explanation apply the principles of risk of loss.
