  1. Start date of the lease: April 1st
  2. Monthly rent amount: $4,200
  3. Deposit (type and amount): First and last months rent and security deposit total of $12,600
  4. Painting and cleaning of the apartment (who should do it, who should pay): Will be paid for by landlord
  5. Parking space cost: Paid monthly by renter
  6. HOA fee (who pays): Paid monthly by landlord
  7. Broker's fee (who pays; usually equivalent to one month's rent): Split ½ and ½ between landlord and renter and this is the document!
