You have observed that your colleague, Sabrina, is reluctant to make direct eye contact or engage with the male staff members during tea breaks. Sabrina keeps to herself but works well with the clients. Sabrina is a Middle Eastern Muslim woman with limited English-language skills and has been working in the organisation for three (3) months. You are concerned that Sabrina will not feel like a part of the team, which may eventually impact on her work.
