The hospital where you work is getting a brand new break room. It will be a centralized break room for all departments on the same floor – laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum. Since this will be a common break room, all departments must share the decisions and costs involved.

Your team has a representative from each department. Your answer will include information from the representative from each department - laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum.

1. Decide what the laboratory representative's decisions would be, what the pharmacy representative's decisions would be, and the same for the rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum's representative's decisions would be? You will change role 5 times for this case

2. You must decide what type and how many refrigerators to purchase. Keep in mind that most employees take their lunch and there is an average of 16 employees per department during every 8 hour shift.

3. After doing some research from the perspective of each of the 5 team representatives on refrigerators, create an evaluation grid and write a one paragraph conclusion/summary of at least 15 sentences of your decision.
