Question- Do you think a manager can meet all of these needs? How would a manager know what the "need" state is of an employee?

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is the theory which is very important and popular. Maslow referred 5 basic needs which are safety,social,esteem,establishing oneself(self-actualization) and physiological. These are 5 needs which is created by Maslow to influence a behavior of a person. The following needs for the employees are:
1. Safety Needs: This need includes good health ,security like financial, personal and protection from accidents.It provides a person with proper sense of security and well-being. For example, a manager can assign safety needs for employees as secure compensation, safe working conditions and job security.
2. Social Needs: This need refers to feel a sense of belonging and love.For example, a manager can account the social needs of the employees by encouraging teamwork, being kind and making a excellent work-life balance.Its very important for the humans that would not feel depressed and alone.This need is mainly fulfilled by family and relatives.
3. Esteem Needs: This need is for respect and self-esteem and with it its very to get admired. For example, a manager appreciated for his good work by giving promotions, hikes of salary and awarding him for the best employee of the organization.
4. Establishing One-self Needs(Self-actualization): This need is about the potential of a person and it is individualized.It is the according to the capability of a person which is highly recommended for the executive level within the organization. For example, a manager can assign an employee for challenging work and asking them to participate in decision making and making them flexible for each and every work they are assigned.
5. Physiological Needs: This need is very much basic and it always been required by the humans and its very much important for the survival of a human-being and those are sleep, water, air, food, clothing, and shelter. For example, a manager can account for the physiological needs of an employee by providing them necessary breaks for basic needs like eating/drinking and to use bathroom, reasonable work hours and good working conditions. This need plays a vital role in human's life.
