Question: You first post in this discussion will be a technical description of a set of body movements using terminology for joint movements, body regions, and directional terms that are clear enough for your colleagues to guess what the action is.

The set of movements can be a dance move, a sports action, a yoga asana, or an everyday action like climbing a ladder. It must have at least 4 steps and include some terms from each of the 3 categories (joint movement, body region, and directional terms). You cannot give away what the move is, in fact the more cryptic the better. You always need to start in anatomical position.
