Medical Practitioners

We tend to call all medical practitioners "Doctor," but the truth is that most have a specialized expertise in a particular facet (or area) of health care. There are dozens (if not hundreds) of medical specialties, each with its own set of educational and licensing requirements. For this assignment, you will need to research these specialties and choose two for which to answer a set of questions.

Instructions

Research the occupation of two different medical practitioners and then write a paper in which you address the following questions:

What are the educational requirements for the first occupation? For the second occupation?

What the licensing requirements for first occupation? For second occupation? (If these requirements vary from state to state, use your own home state to complete this research and answer the prompt.)

Your paper is research-based, so an APA references page (along with in-text citations) is required. Refer to the week one announcement for citing and references.
