Mulenga Wampanga Ltd is an organization which was established in the year 2017 by five friends namely Macdonald Dino, Lute the Rep, Fridah, Mulaz, Grace the fighter and Regina. But as Directors of this versatile organization which is involved in strategic management consultancy, they strongly believe that their work in today's working environment is confronted by a serious rate of change in both the macro and micro environmental dimensions. And through all these changes, the organization must be directed at meeting unprecedented challenges. In the past, organizations often were relatively small and focused on one major product or service. However, the last two years have not been good in terms of business for the firm as it is believed to be losing focus on what it must do to maintain its competitiveness in the industry. All the directors seem to be in a dilemma and do not know what to do in order to strengthen their business. The whole confusion started when directors started accusing each other of not knowing what each one must do and that the company lacked the clear purpose for its existence, others contended that some of the managers they have employed seem not to know what they are supposed to do, a situation which they claim had brought the organization to a level where it can no longer be competitive As a result of the above misunderstandings, the firm decides to return your services as an accomplished strategic management consultant to help them find lasting solutions to the problems their organization is facing.
