Problem

The purpose of this problem is for you to create a case study incorporating the principal and secondary diagnoses and procedures. You are required to have one principal diagnosis, at least 2 secondary diagnoses, 1 principal procedure and it is optional to have a secondary procedure. This can be a scenario that has happened to you or someone you know or you can make it up. Once you have identified the diagnoses and procedure(s).
