You recently applied and interviewed for a job with a company that you are very excited about. As you are daydreaming about all the changes in your life that will occur should you be selected for this position, you receive a phone call from the Human Resources Manager at the company. She informs you that you have been selected as one of two candidates who will make it to the second and final interview round. The Human Resources Manager has been asked to tell you that the interviewing committee would like you to share with them four pictures or images that represent four characteristics of your self-concept as they relate to your qualifications and skills. She suggests that you think about how you would describe yourself to the committee based on what the committee calls "pathways". These pathways include your culture, your gender, reflected appraisals and social comparisons. Pictures and/or images may come from your social media accounts, yearbooks, family scrapbooks, or any other device that you have that holds pictures of you, or images that represents you, in terms of these qualifying characteristics You need to define, explain, and apply the term for each of the four pathways.
