December 31, 2021, the Spy Corporation stock had a market value of $19 per share. Tg-9dF Company sold 2,200 of these shares on May 1, 2022 for $25 per share. The Spy Corporation stock had a market value of $30 per share at December 31, 2022. Tg-9dF sold 2,500 of these shares on August 1, 2023 for $39 per share. At December 31, 2023, the Spy Corporation stock had a market value of $41 per share.
