1. View the 19 minute YouTube TED talk Connected, but Alone by Dr. Sherry Turkle.

2. Then give some thought to the following three questions:
a) What surprised you the most about the presentation by Dr. Turkle?
b) In regards to her argument, do you think she is correct? And why or why not? (your answer is your argument and therefore needs to be supported by evidence)
c) Considering Dr. Turkle's argument as one aspect of the larger context of communication as a key skill of effective leaders, what areas of communication do you feel need to improve? And briefly outline your strategy for improvement.
