Mrs. Connor, a first-grade teacher, works very hard to involve her students' parents in the classroom and thinks it is very important to have parents involved in their children's education. When parents come to help out she has arranged the following: Mr. Chan helps with photocopying activity sheets; Mrs. De'Angelo works in the teachers' room to make materials that are needed for Mrs. Connor to use in the class; Mrs. Jones can't come to school because she has a baby at home, so she does some typing for Mrs. Connor; and Mrs. Gallagher collates and staples all of the extended reading activities needed for several days of the week.
