Case Study: Wally is a two-year-old heart patient who is preparing for his second open-heart surgery. He doesn't understand what has to happen to him, and the atmosphere of the hospital room makes him scared. Already, starting the IV line has been a traumatic event.
Wally's parents are very concerned, as a health care professional you would need to answer his parents questions and concerns , and get Wally comfortable with the hair net he will be wearing, the tubes that will help him breathe, and the mask that would be placed over his face.
In this scenario assume you are a health care professional that is tasked with addressing the parents concerns and getting young Wally more comfortable with the procedure
