Questions: You are handed the referral paperwork for a new incoming client who requested that you assess her. Her presenting problem is that she, in her words, cannot seem to leave her apartment much at all, and if she does, she has high anxiety, sometimes panic-like symptoms. She also states that she hoards many things in her apartment and that her roommate is ready to move out because of the clutter.

You, the brilliant and witty psychologist, are very experienced with assessment. HOWEVER, this case is the first case you have ever come across like this.
