Choose a small creative project to work on. For example, it could be to create a painting, make a short story, make a poem, make some music, perform a dance, or take a photograph. As you're working on the project, consider the following questions. Then write about your experience, including a description of your project, in a paper of 750 to 1000 wording.

Question 1. Do you regularly engage yourself in creative activities or was this a new type of experience for you? Explain.

Question 2. Did you notice any change in your consciousness as you were engaged in the creative process? If so, what was it?

Question 3. Did you find that in order to create something, you needed to change your state of mind? If so, how did you get there?
