2:Proportions are used more often than most individuals realize, proportions can be used from deciding how much food needs to be ordered for an event to using this for determining weather. Bakers often use proportions to determine how much of which ingredients should be used to create their meals. Proportions can be used to determine currency exchanges when traveling to and from a foreign country. The list on how often we use proportions could is unbelievably long considering the amount you use it with not even thinking about it. For example if you are due for severe weather such as a blizzard, it is important to know how much to expect in the amount of time given.
