  1. What stage of the organizational life cycle is the company?
  2. What brought you to that conclusion? How is the company structured? Is it more mechanistic or organic?
  3. How would you classify and describe the company's formal structure? In other words, which of the following apply: Bureaucracy, Specialization, Command-and-Control, Span of Control, Centralization, and Formalization?
