There has been a conflict in your workplace between the sales department led by John who has been with the company for 15 years, and the advertising department led by Susie who joined the company right out of grad school last year. They tried to resolve their conflict cooperatively with their managers. Initially, John and Susie shared their positions until it escalated into a shouting match. John stormed out of the room in frustration and Susie continued to make disparaging comments about John to the manager. At this point, the manager excused Susie and decided to have a second conversation, but this time involves an HR representative.
