Case Study: For this week's Reasoning and Reflection post, please read the article linked below from CBS News, AND watch the short video from CNN. The article and video address the recent public water crisis in Flint, Michigan. After reviewing these sources, as well as previously assigned course materials (textbook), please respond to the two discussion prompts below. Your answers should be approximately 500 words in length for each question, and should connect the material covered in this week's reading to the case study and the Flint, MI story, while also reflecting on your own sense of public service ethics and how they apply to this circumstance.

Question 1: Thinking about the principles and ethos of public and community service that we've covered so far this semester, what specific breakdowns of ethics do you see occurring in the case? How do these apply to the Flint situation? (Please be specific about the principles, ethics, and responsibilities that were or were not appropriately followed by the actors involved in the case and in the Flint crisis).
Question 2: What specific actions do you believe should have been taken by the analysts involved in the case and in Flint, as well as the public and community leaders in the latter, to successfully (and ethically) deal with the situation?
