Question: Verzylco is making some changes. The market for their product has shifted, fortunately for them, they had anticipated the shift and will have a new line of products to address the demand. They won't be able to ship the new product for a couple of months, so maintaining customer loyalty will be tough, and the cost of developing the products has been high. Sarah and MaryAnn are both in sales, and it will be particularly challenging for them to keep the company afloat during the change. Sarah is having a very negative reaction to the news, while MaryAnn is ready to take on the challenge, and is excited about all the changes.
