So, i should mainly focus on the question that as the Supervisor (Terry), should you leak your report to the press or to the Governor, or should you accept the company's decision and not leak? I should be playing Bentham where i have to attempt to answer the moral dilemma as a Utilitarian. You will want to work through the seven factors yourself to determine your response, but do not spend you whole time on tedious numbers or you will lose your audience. You highlight one or two if you deem them particularly relevant, but for the most part just ask: "What solution would provide the greatest good for the greatest number?"
