Question - Our compensation is one of the most important aspects of our lives. Our compensation provides us with the dollars we need to live and enjoy life. When you work for a company, do you ever wonder how your pay stacks up against others within the organization? If you were to learn that one of your colleagues earned more than you, and did essentially some work, what would you do? What should the company do with this information?
