Question: Sita works in a group with Tomas and Ahmed at Flexform. Her group is responsible for the assembly line machinery. Sita has always taken a very safety conscious approach to the work as the potential for injury is there.

Lately she has noticed that Tomas and Ahmed have changed. They don't seem as interested in safety and in fact Sita has caught them smoking marijuana in a non-smoking area. What should Sita do? What are her responsibilities?

If it was the supervisor that caught Tomas and Ahmed what should the supervisor have done? Why?

If nothing is done and accidents become more frequent, will worker's compensation premiums increase or decrease? Why?
