Case Study: Sita works in a group with Tomas and Ahmed at Flexform. Her group is responsible for the assembly line machinery. Sita has always taken a very safety conscious approach to the work as the potential for injury is there. Lately she has noticed that Tomas and Ahmed have changed. They don't seem as interested in safety and in fact Sita has caught them smoking marijuana in a non-smoking area.
