Case: Amex Logistics Limited in an international company is a UK company with subsidiaries in USA, Asia and Europe. The current total workforce across the globe is 14,000. Of this number, 3000 staff are employed in the UK. 8 Considering the annual employment law update, As the HR Manager for Europe, the HR Director has appointed you as the HR Project Manager to lead the review and implementation of the company's Diversity and Inclusion policy for the company. As part of the brief, you have been informed that some employee representatives within the organisation are sceptical of this policy or what it will achieve in addressing the issues that has arisen because of the sudden increase in sexual harassment and pay discrimination cases in the last 12 months.
