Question

You are setting up a new department (neurosurgery) in a large group practice. What should be done with regard to appointment scheduling? Will you meet with physicians? Which type of visits should be set and how often? How long should the appointments be? Which days will you be working or having time off? Please consider these questions and other topics you learned from the chapter. Will you have a script read for assistants? When will lunch hours be? These are some, but not all, topics that can be covered. You can use what you have learned from this chapter and supplemental reading I have assigned as well in the module. You may also incorporate your reasoning for answers from anything you have learned in previous chapters.
