All Stake holders which includes Nurses, Surgeons, and Ancillary staff, though education on the steps to take to minimize surgical incision infections. This education will be based on evidence based practice and CNOR latest guidelines. This will include monthly reporting for staff to follow trends and will include a volunteer committee that represents the stakeholders.
