The company has recently introduced a new and improved Alka-Seltzer Plus, as described in this TV ad - Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and Cough TV Commercial, 'Library'. The ad shows that Alka-Seltzer Plus can fight congestion, unlike NyQuil.
