Ann and Robert are employees in your company. Ann is Robert's manager. Robert has made an allegation of unfairness in work distribution by Ann. Ann vehemently denies the accusation. You are the mediator qualified by the ADR Institute of Canada. The company asks you to mediate the matter. In caucus, Robert tells you that Ann has been fair in work distribution, but she refused to go on a date with him and he thinks she should not be in a supervisory position.
