Over the last several decades, the healthcare field has changed significantly. Technology, advancements in medicine and new innovative approaches to treatment has created new opportunities in the healthcare field. Add to that changes in healthcare finance and business are now requiring more personnel to staff healthcare organizations. Because the field has expanded so has healthcare professions. There's currently a wide array of specializations in the healthcare field. From clinical technicians, to nurse specializations and healthcare business professionals, healthcare organizations are struggling to maintain staffing needs.
